Kevin Baril is a Principal in Grant Thornton’s Advisory practice, based in the San Diego office. He serves as our National Leader for the Information Technology Strategy & Management practice which includes our Program Management Office, IT Strategy & Architecture, Digital Innovation and Data Strategy capabilities.
Kevin has more than 25 years of management and technology consulting experience focused on strategy, technology transformation and systems implementation. Kevin recently served as Grant Thornton International’s (GTIL) interim Chief Information Officer. Kevin spent 13 years as a vice president of Global Business Services at IBM where he strategized, organized and lead the identification, advancement and development of profitable business growth in attractive segments of the North American market. Most recently Kevin oversaw go-to-market for North America for IBM’s Global Business Services Enterprise Business unit. Previously, he was a partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP’s Management Consulting Services group, focused on systems consulting. Kevin also spent six years with Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG, two years resident at headquarters in Germany, working in a cost accounting and product pricing capacity.

Narayanan Balakrishnan is a Partner in the Financial Accounting Services with EY. Natalie Brader with RGP is an accomplished merger and acquisition integration leader and advisor with over 31 years of global experience in leading cross-functional teams, emerging geographies, and program management for over 10 transactions worth more than $3B in acquired revenues.

Dr. Ajit Kambil is the Global Research Director and Transition Lab Leader of Deloitte's CFO Program, Deloitte LLP. As research director, he oversees CFO Insights, a bi-weekly publication serving over twenty thousand subscribers, and a diverse research agenda on topics such as leadership, capital markets and risk. Building on his research study, Taking the Reins, Dr. Kambil developed Deloitte’s CFO Transition Lab (Lab) which helps CFOs make an efficient and effective transition into their new role. He has also adapted the Lab to serve other select CxO roles.
Previously as Global Director of Deloitte Research from October 2003 to September 2008, Dr. Kambil renewed a worldwide group of researchers committed to developing and bringing new ideas, insights, and innovations to the clients and leaders of Deloitte. Dr. Kambil is widely published in Harvard Business Review, Sloan Management Review and leading management and technology journals on diverse topics. Dr. Kambil has advised numerous companies on technology, eCommerce, and strategy issues, and he previously worked with Arthur D. Little and Intelsat.
