Registration fees include:

   (Sunday, April 23)
•  All Conference Sessions (Monday, April 24 and Tuesday, April 25)
•  Exhibit Hall Reception (Monday, April 24)

Also provided and included are daily breakfasts, refreshment breaks and luncheons. Additionally, all attendees will receive on-site conference materials to ensure a superior experience.

Ticket for individuals not registered for Financial Leadership Summit Conference are $200 and can be purchased here.

*Spouse/Guest registration refers to a spouse, significant other, or child or other relation who does not have direct business or related industry interest in the conference, NOT a business associate or staff colleague. Spouse/Guest registration provides entry to all receptions; it does not provide access to sessions.

3. Mail: Download and complete Registration Form. All fees MUST be paid in advance and should accompany a registration form. Mail completed form and total amount due to:

Payment is due in advance. Registrations within 15 days of the conference require credit card payment. Substitutions and cancellations may be made at any time and must be sent in writing via email.

The following cancellation schedule will apply:
•  By March 26, 2017: Refund granted minus a $175.00 processing fee.
•  From March 27 - April 2, 2017: A credit letter issued less a $175.00 processing fee for use towards a future FEI live conference for up to one year.
•  After April 2, 2017 or No-shows: No refunds or credits will be issued.
